Returns & Exchanges

1. GENERAL TERMS
  • 30-Day Window: Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customized Items: Engraved jewelry, monogrammed home goods, or personalized apparel cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

  • Proof Required: Provide photos/videos for defect claims.


 

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customized Products ❌ Non-returnable Exceptions: Manufacturing defects (e.g., incorrect engraving, broken parts)
Non-Customized Items ✅ 30-day returns Unused, undamaged, in original packaging with tags
Final Sale Items ❌ Non-returnable Clearance, discounted bundles, earrings (hygiene reasons)

 

3. HOW TO RETURN

Step 1: Request Authorization

Email support@famlova.com with:


Step 2: Ship Your Return

  • Non-Custom Items: Use tracked shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx).

  • Who Pays?:

    • Defective/customized items: Famlova provides a prepaid label.

    • Non-custom changes of mind: Customer pays return shipping.

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will be refused.


 

4. REFUND PROCESS
Situation Resolution Timeline
Approved return (non-custom) Full refund to original payment method Within 5 business days of receipt
Defective custom item Free remake or full refund (your choice) 3 business days after approval
Returned item damaged/used 15% restocking fee or item returned Notified via email

→ Refunds exclude original shipping costs.


 

5. NON-RETURNABLE SCENARIOS
  • Customized products with correct execution.

  • Products damaged by customer (e.g., improper cleaning).

  • Items >30 days from delivery.

  • Earrings (for pierced ears) due to hygiene laws.


 

6. EXCHANGES
  • Non-Custom Items: Free size/color exchange (if stock allows).

  • Customized Items: Exchanges only for verified manufacturing defects.
